Default GHP per Gallon?

I know this is another, how many angels can fit on the head of a pin question, but. As a rule of thumb how many GHP per gallon should I have for a given tank size?

I am looking to put together a 60cm cube which is about 64g. how much water flow/filtration?

Generally speaking, you want to turn over the tank at least 10 times an hour.

So a 10 gallon tank would do well to have a filter capable of recirculating 100 gallons per hour and so on.
