Default Driftwood source?

Just wondering if anyone would share their sources for some of the wonderful driftwood I see on here. My LFS has some good pieces, but mostly larger pieces with much less branches coming off.

i guess so. most of the stuff we'd want for scaping is probably a fire hazard or something. i've never really thought too much about getting a whole lot of it though. i just figured there where others with a corner on the market so to speak.

I buy lots of the stuff. I think the key is to get thick branches of this stuff, not the twiggy type stuff you see everybody selling. Big trunks with fat branches.
The stuff I get looks like they have been in a fire or something. Very dead looking.
