filter in a plans only tank/tub. - APE - Aquatic Plant Enthusiasts

I am putting together a grow out tank which is actually a large storage plastic storage tub. If I only have plants in the tub do I need a filter, is a circulation pump good enough?

A circulation pump should be just fine for a plants only tank.

Agreed, maybe add a heater for the water so you get good humidity levels if its a covered top...
