thanks -O! i've been adding more moss rocks from the trimmings from the 50g. for what ever reason, the moss likes this tank a lot more. those two do need a trim already. i better get on that. -lol

small update to this thread.

more moss rocks were added along with some narrow leaf java fern and some glowlight tetras(10, hope to add 10 more soon).



aargg... i hope the diatoms don't show up anytime soon. lol

Are you planning on leaving the foreground bare? How are the tetras? I've heard they can be quite shy.

foreground - i was toying with idea of c. parva(sp?) patches where there's no moss but other than that, not really.

tetras - i haven't noticed any shyness so far. even if i get right up their faces, but they're not schooling very well. i bet that changes when i add more. although, it is kind of nice seeing them spread out all over. they love swimming throught the plants. they are constantly in and out of the mound.
