  • Just wanted to share

After my last trim, I had to wait a few days to ship (USPS holiday) so I left my Blyxa floating in a net. A couple days later I had this flower. The detail of the flower is a little washed out from the cell phone pic.

Also stuck a piece of an unknown Hygro in a stein my dad sent me from Austria. Not sure if this is smaller leaf emmersed growth or the beginning of a flower.

The stein - I was hoping to get some of those little wormy things going to use as fish food.

In all my years, this is the first time I've ever seen Blyxa flower. Quite the special treat!

If they float up close to the lights long enough those little white flowers will pop right up.
